     Professional make-up artists denote the ”Research Council of Make Up Artists Inc”, solely to the advancement and improvement of the professional make-up field, by providing the finest and most advanced products for use.

     RCMA “Color Process” Make-up has been designed for, and is sold only within the profession. It is not a commercial product that can be found in any department or drug store.

     RCMA does not have sample sizes, or mini kits for amateur theatricals, promotional sales aides for commercial stores, giveaways or any of the gimmicks normally associated with commercial cosmetics. Rather, RCMA only sells the best of professional product and is constantly researching and developing new ones for the trade.

     RCMA “Color Process” Foundations are available in 86 shades of skin tones to cover all racial skin values and types, 24 special shades for Beard cover, Hair whiteners, Rainbow shades and Metallic,  along with 16 Shading and Counter-shade and 13 cheek colours. This totals 139 colours in its shade range, the most extensive and versatile professional make up ever produced.  All of these shades are made with the same basic ingredients so that the blend together beautifully on any skin. All the shades are available in 1 oz and 3/8 oz containers.  The Special Shades, Countershades and Cheekcolours are also available in 1/8 oz size.  RCMA Color Process Foundations are made with vegetable oils and waxes plus FDA Certified Colors and do not contain any mineral oils, petroleum, lanolin or perfumes. As such they do not appear greasy or oily on the skin and last better under the intense hot lighting used in studios or on stage.

     All RCMA make up colours are skin tested for batch accuracy in manufacture and very high standards are maintained  keep it’s products accurate for colour matching in studio work.  Some commercial products have a variance of up to 15%, RCMA matches its foundation’s colours to its standard colour mixes kept on file.

     RCMA Colour Process Lipcolours are NOT regular commercial "lipsticks", and do not contain any dye-stains or perfumes. They will not change colour on the lips. RCMA Lipcolour "descriptions" are given as a reference to the approximate shade rather than being trade names.  Basic numbered shades combined with GOLD, COPPER or PEARL denote that the colour has been mixed (usually 1:1) with these special Non-Metallics to produce a different appearance entirely.

RCMA Appliance Foundations

A great advance over any other so-called "Rubber Mask Greasepaint" or similar materials available to studio make-up artists are the RCMA AF colours.
They have more viscosity, coverage, and smooth application qualities, plus they do not separate on standing. Very high pigment values allow brush or sponge application with ease and reliability of shade matching efficiency.
